Stacy DiJulius was a 39-year-old married woman from Ohio that was accidentally run over and killed on March 21, 2009, in the parking lot of Panini's Bar and Grill in Sagamore Hills, Ohio. DiJulius was struck after she fell while trying to climb into 38-year-old Erich Schultz's jeep. The Fatal Accident

On the evening of March 21, 2009, Stacy DiJulius, a married mother of three, was accidentally run over by Eric Schultz, a married man she had been dating. The couple had been drinking at a Panini's Restaurant, where they began arguing. The argument continued in the parking lot, and Schultz climbed into his jeep and tried to leave DiJulius behind. While she was trying to get into his moving vehicle, he accidentally ran her over.
Although initial reports suggested Schultz had purposely run her over and then returned to shoot her in the head before turning the gun on himself, further investigation proved this to be untrue.
