Spore Space Tools

- There are eight different tool categories
- There are different kinds of tools for different kinds of players
- Tools define what your spaceship can do
- There are different levels of power to certain tools
- Tools are all represented by various icons

When players reach the Space Stage of Spore, they are able to use tools in their quest for interplanetary conquest. The tools are then used from the space ship. Some of the tools require players to earn Space Badges, while others can be found randomly on unexplored planetary surfaces.

9. Monolith: Place on a tribal or civilized planet to uplift the species on this planet. Requires Zoologist 2 or Traveler 2.
10. Species Eradicate: Eradicate an entire species of creature to make way for something new. Requires Missionista 4 or Cleaner 3.
11. Supersizer: Enlarges a creature to epic proportions. Requires an open foodweb slot to use. Requires Zoologist 4 or Eco Hero 4.
12. Creature Tweaker: Select this tool and click a creature on a planet to modify it. Requires Traveler 2 or Cleaner 3.
13. Create Creature: Make a creature and get 5 specimens of it in your cargo hold. Requires Traveler 4 or Cleaner 5.
14. Wildlife Sanctuary: Use on a planet to designate it as a wildlife sanctuary, allowing you to place a variety of abducted creatures to live in safety. Requires Zoologist 3 or Eco Hero 3.
