  • Build Your Own Adventure

    One of the main new features in the Galactic Adventures expansion is the ability of players to create their own adventures. The expansion features a robust editor that enables players to create their own game level and story.

    Players can edit the planet to create the environment they want. The developers have added more than 60 plant models and are also including terrain stamps, so players can create mountains, rivers and even erupting volcanoes. In addition, players can manipulate the atmosphere of their planet, making it cold or hot, as well as making it more likely to have firestorms or lightning strikes.

    After perfecting the planet, players can then select characters to place in their adventure from their own Sporepedia or download creations from the Spore website. They can place obstacles or aggressive creatures in their way, and can even write the plot behind the level in the text editor.
