  • Galactic Adventures is the second expansion pack for the PC and Mac game, Spore. In this expansion, players have the ability to create missions to upload and share with their friends.

  • About the Expansion

    Spore: Galactic Adventures builds upon the original gameplay of Spore by adding new elements to the space-faring civilization section of the game. Before the expansion, players could explore new planets, but were always confined to their spaceships. In the expansion, players will be able to beam down to any planet and interact directly with the creatures on the ground. The expansion also allows players to jump right into some space missions, even if they haven't evolved a species to that level yet. These quick missions offer players a variety of tasks that make for short bursts of gameplay unrelated to any larger game the player may have saved.

    The space-faring elements also include more than 30 new accessories and abilities for creatures to learn, including a jet pack accessory and a special, summon swarm abilitiy where players can summon a swarm of insects to use as a weapon.
