The video game Spore has editors built into the game that allow players to create user-generated content for the game. Using the editors, players can create a wide variety of creatures, buildings and vehicles to play with in Spore's various stages. The Creature Editor was released three months before the release of the full game as a stand-alone purchase and is now available as a free trial edition at http://www.spore.com/trial.
