About Spider Robinson
Spider Robinson is a prolific science fiction writer who is often compared to Robert A. Heinlein. He is best known for his stories and books about a group of friends who spend much of their time at Callahan's Bar, and Jake's Place. Presently he is helping his wife, author Jeanne Robinson in her fight with cancer. WeDreamForJeanne
Spider Robinson Career
Robinson's first sale was to Analog Science Fiction magazine in 1973 (""The Guy With The Eyes"). It was a story set in a bar that was called Callahan's Place. His first novel was published in 1976 (Telempath). In 2006, he completed and published an unfinished novel by Robert Heinlein (Variable Star).
