The South Regional Finals determine a winner of the South Region Bracket of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. Part of the Elite Eight round of games, the winner of the South Regional Finals continues on to play in the Final Four.
In the 2009 South Regional Finals, teams played on March 29, 2009, at the FedExForum in Memphis, Tennessee. The North Carolina Tar Heels defeated the Oklahoma Sooners 72-60 and will continue on to the 2009 Final Four.
