On the premiere of the 12th Season of the Comedy Central animated series South Park, titled "Tonsil Trouble," Eric Cartman undergoes a tonsillectomy, only to discover that during the operation he is accidentally infected with HIV. The episode debuted on Comedy Central on March 12, 2008 at 10 pm EST, and will also be available on iTunes, xBox Live and Amazon Unbox. This will be the first of seven new episodes.
