In accordance with the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control List, SourceForge is not available to some countries. This includes Cuba and Iran. Visitors from regions on this list can browse the website, but are not allowed to contribute source code. The entire SourceForge website was banned from mainland China in 2002.
