A new mode has been added to the 2008 fighting game Soul Calibur IV. The Tower of Lost Souls has players fighting battles to unlock equipment. Characters must first ascend the entire tower, and then descend down to the basement. Each floor of the tower has different tasks to complete. The opponents become progressively harder.
