Blog sites reported in late November 2008 that Blake Fielder-Civil split from his wife Amy Winehouse after being released from prison in order to be with Schandorff. Blake Civil-Fielder Arrest
Civil-Fielder was arrested in November 2007 for the assault of bartender James King and for perversion of justice. He was sentenced to 27 months in jail but was released early on November 5, 2008. Schandorff attended Civil-Fielder's court hearings and was said to have be been in contact with him while he was in prison.
