About Sonic Unleashed

In Sonic Unleashed, Dr. Eggman has used the power of the Chaos Emeralds to create a superweapon and has blown up the Earth into seven pieces. Sonic sets out to put the world back together. But the corrupted Chaos Emeralds have an unforeseen side effect and transform Sonic into a brawling Werehog at night.
The gameplay in Sonic Unleashed is divided into two distinct modes. During the day, the blue hedgehog zips through a 2D platform side-scroller, collecting coins in classic Sonic style.
