Someone's Gotta Go is an upcoming reality show featuring the firing of an employee that works for a small business with less than 20 employees. The bosses will give control of the company to the employees, where they will learn the wages of each employee and judge their past performance, then decide who will get a pay raise or pay cut and who will be fired.
