Solange Knowles is an actress and singer and the sister of R&B star Beyonce Knowles. Solange released her new album, Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams, on August 26, 2008.
Solange was taken to the hospital on February 17, 2009, after collapsing during her flight out of New York City from an adverse reaction to flu medication. The singer twittered the event as it unfolded stating, "I took a NyQuil and I think maybe I'm getting high off it because I'm not sleeping. Maybe I should close my eyes." She later added, "Woaah. Fox News Vegas Interview
Solange was interviewed by Fox News Vegas' morning show, More, on August 27, 2008, where she accused the news anchor who was interviewing her of being "unprofessional" on live television. The anchor asked Knowles if she would comment on Jay-Z's establishment, The 40/40 Club, being closed down, however, the question was asked off camera and Solange thought it was asked live.
