Snow boots are boots designed to keep your feet warm and dry in wet and snowy weather. Snow boots are ideal for walking in snow and protect feet in extremely cold conditions.
Snow boots tend to be heavier than winter boots and are made for use in heavy snow. Snow boots extend above the hemline of pants in order to keep snow from getting inside the boot. They are made of leather or nylon in order to keep moisture out. They may also have cuffs at the top of the boot for a tighter fit. The soles of snow boots are normally made of waterproof rubber or similar material. Rubber soles also make cleaning snow boots easy.
