The December 13, 2008 episode of Saturday Night Live featured an opening sketch parody of Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich. Blagojevich was also mocked during the Weekend Update segment of the show.YouTube Video: SNL: Rod Blagojevich (Time: 2:37)

The plot of the sketch, which opened the show, was that Blagojevich was asking Congress for a bailout because of his legal troubles when he allegedly attempted to sell Barack Obama's Senate seat.
