Snag a Job History
The idea for Snag a Job started in 1999 when Shawn Boyer was trying to help a friend find an internship job online. Boyer maintains that he noticed that there was a lack of services for the part-time and full-time hourly jobs market. The website officially launched to the public in 2000 and registered a million job applicants within the first two years. The company has received many awards and hit many milestones over its first ten years, and now has over ten million registered job applicants.[1]
