This episode premiered in 2010. The boys are playing video games when they present a question, "Name one game that would still be fun if it was realistic". At this point, the pair recreate real-life situations based on video game characters. Some of the featured games are Super Mario Brothers, Wii Sports, Metal Gear Solid, and Battletoads among others.
Ian Is Pregnant
This Smosh episode, which premiered in 2010 received more than 1,191,243 views thus far. Ian confesses to Anthony that he's pregnant. The video goes on to show Ian being dumped by his former girlfriend, who he thinks got him pregnant. The video then goes on to show how Ian is handling the pregnancy, which includes taking a pregnancy test.
