Sleep Eating known as sleep-related eating disorder (SRED) is a parasomnia sleep disorder in which one sleepwalks to the kitchen, eats, goes back to bed and has no recollection of the whole thing.

  2. Can cause weight gain & sleep deprivation
  3. May be prompted by taking Ambien
  4. Can have biological factors
  5. Still being researched
  6. Not much known on this disorder
  7. Estimated 1.5% of Americans sleep eat either aware or not
