Russian professional hockey player Vyacheslav "Slava" Kozlov currently plays for the Atlanta Thrashers in the National Hockey League.

NHL Career
Kozlov was drafted 45th overall in the 1990 NHL Draft by the Detroit Red Wings. He played for the Khimik Moscow Oblast in the Russian Super League until 1991, when he joined the Red Wings for his NHL debut. He played in Detroit for ten years, winning the Stanley Cup Championship with the team twice, in 1997 and 1998. On July 1, 2001, Kozlov was traded to the Buffalo Sabres for goaltender Dominik Hasek. On June 22, 2002, Kozlov was traded to the Atlanta Thrashers. He played for the Khimik Moscow Oblast during the 2004-05 NHL Lockout before returning to the Thrashers in 2005.Legends of Hockey: Vyacheslav KozlovCareer Highlights
