  • Ski Boots are special boots which attach to skis so a person can go skiing. They are constructed of durable materials and attach to the binding on the skis to allow the feet to be connected to the equipment. Once made of leather, ski boots are now typically made of a hard plastic shell with foam liner. Ski boots come in a variety of colors and are designed to fit men, women, and children.
  • Alpine Boots

Alpine ski boots consist of a variety of different types of binding entry. Front entry boots are mainly designed for professional skiers who are concerned about performance. Rear entry boots are the simpler type, offering an easy entrance and exit on the bind for those who are beginners. Mid-entry combine the two allowing buckle adjustment, giving space in the rear and front for a better fit.
  • The Fit

When trying on a ski boot your big toe should hit the end of the boot and upon buckling, the back end of the boot should pull close to your heel but not disrupt your toe. Stand up with your ski boots on lean forward a bit as if skiing. Your feet should feel comfortable, but your toes and heal should not be able to move.
