Skate 2 Spots

Spots in the Xbox 360 and PS3 game Skate 2 are small areas that are specifically designed for skating. Players can own or kill spots in the game by performing tricks totaling a certain number of points.

Besides the "Own the Spot" and "Kill the Spot" options in Skate 2, players also have the ability to create their own spots. Various objects in the game world can be moved around and placed in any format the player likes in order to create a unique spot that reflects the player's preferences.

After configuring the spot to his or her liking, the player must then skate the spot in order to set the score. After that's complete, the player can upload their spot for other Skate 2 players to download and try. Player-created spots can be rated by other players and sorted by that rating, so any player wishing to try out a new spot, but not wanting to risk it being bad, can simply pick the ones the best rating.
