  • Story

The sequel to the breakout hit, Skate, Skate 2 takes place five years after the events of the original game. The player-controlled character has been in prison for most of the time since the end of the first game and finds his town of New San Vanelona much less friendly to skateboarders than it used to be. The player must team up with the real-life professionals featured in the game to raise enough money to build a designated skate park.Official Site: Skate 2
  • Gameplay

Besides bringing back the "authentic-feeling" gameplay that was present in the first Skate, Skate 2 adds plenty of new features, including the ability to move around objects in the environment to create new obstacles and challenges. The game features an "off-board" mode where the player can simply run around in the environment, carrying their board, allowing them more freedom to interact with the environment. The official website for the game also features a graphics creator, where players can create custom images for use in-game on shirts, hats and other items.Official Site: Skate 2
