  • About Benetton

    Benetton is a global casual clothing company also known as United Colors of Benetton. The company was founded in Italy in 1965 by the Luciano Benetton, who was a salesman in Treviso, and realized there was a market for colorful clothing. Beginning with sweaters, Benetton opened his first store in 1968 and by 1979 had five stores. Not long into the 1980s the company expanded to almost 800 stores. Their apparel includes womenswear, menswear, clothing for children, and intimates. They also offer fragrances and accessories including watches. Products from the company are not available for sale online.
