Semantically-Interlinked Online Communities Project, better known as SIOC, is a content management, Semantics Web technology. Its goal is to interlink the various technologies that would enable people in different locations to communicate with each other. The technology is usable on blogs, forums, and any other online communication method. The project was founded in 2004 by John G. Breslin and Uldis Bojars.
