In its "Carpe Testes" campaign to promote awareness for testicular cancer, the Sean Kimerling Testicular Cancer Foundation endorsed a series of humorous online PSAs in 2007.

The "Sing A Long" video features a bearded man in overalls singing with a banjo. The Sean Kimerling Testicular Cancer Foundation is a non-profit organization named after a sports announcer who died from the cancer.
