Simon Rex is an American model, actor, television personality and rapper. Rex is most know for his dubious past as an adult film star. Rex began his career in 1995 as an MTV VJ but was let go once his adult films began to surface. Upon being let go as VJ, Rex began to act, starring in the television show Jack & Jill. He appeared as Eli in the TV show Felicity and had television guest appearances on Baywatch, Everwood, and Summerland. In 2002, the show Rex went to star in the WB show What I Like About You but left after the first season. He later appeared on the Lifetime show, Monarch Cove which ran for 11 episodes in 2006. Rex has also appeared in such films as: Scary Movie parts 3 and 4, The Forsaken, The Karate Dog and National Lampoon's Pledge This.

Simon Rex's rapping career is popular on MySpace. He is known as "Dirt Nasty". He tours with his group, the Dyslexic Speedreaders (Mickey Avalon and Andre Legacy). Rex is known for the humor in his songs.
