Simon Pegg

Simon Pegg is a British actor, writer, comedian and director who got his start as one of the writers of the cult British television comedy series Spaced.

After writing for the British television comedy Spaced, Pegg turned to writing and acting in feature films. He had a smash hit with the film Shaun of the Dead, in which he starred and helped to write. Pegg followed that up with the critically acclaimed parody of buddy action movies, Hot Fuzz. Pegg played lead roles in the romantic comedy Run, Fat Boy, Run, which was directed by his friend David Schwimmer and in How to Lose Friends and Alienate People.
