• Lopez-Anthony Lawsuit

  The lawsuit, filed in late February of 2009, alleges that Silver Cross "intentionally deceived the public into believing that Lopez and Anthony endorse and sponsor (its) products." The lawsuit alleges that Silver Cross used a photograph of Lopez and her family that was originally published in People magazine in print and web ads promoting its products. The photograph has since been removed from the company's website.
