How to Defeat Amnion
Avoid her black liquid attack simply by rolling away from it, it's fairly easy to dodge. Then watch out for her to lift up her front legs - this signifies that she's about to do her charge. Dodge the attack, and her legs get trapped in the floor, leaving her body open for attack while she's stuck. Use your shotgun, pistol or rifle, unloading all the ammo you have. If you run out of ammo, attack with your melee using the same strategy. Repeat this process until Amnion is defeated.
