The Sigma DP1 digital camera is being called the world's first full-spec compact camera. The camera offers 14 megapixels, a APS-C sized image sensor, and a 230k pixel resolution LCD Monitor. Release date was expected in May 2007 but has been delayed. At this time the release date is unknown.
