Shrek the Third

Shrek the Third is the third comedy film in the Shrek computer animated series. Like the previous two Shrek movies, Shrek the Third draws much of its material from classic fairy tales. Many characters from the previous films return, joining several entertaining new personalities to continue the story of ogres Shrek and Fiona.

After Princess Fiona's father, King Harold dies, Shrek reluctantly becomes king of Far Far Away. Believing himself unsuited for the role, Shrek and his sidekicks Donkey and Puss in Boots set out on a journey to find the other heir to the throne, Fiona's long lost cousin Prince Artie. With Shrek away, expectant mother Fiona and her fellow princesses are charged with foiling Prince Charming's attempts to claim the throne for himself.
