History
Formerly called DealTime.com, Shopping.com was founded in 1998 by Dr. Nahum Sharfman and Amir Ashkenazi. In 2003, DealTime acquired the popular review site Epinions.com. After which, the sites merged to form what is now Shopping.com. In 2005, the company was acquired by eBay.
