Sherry Johnston is the mother of Levi Johnston—the father of Bristol Palin's unborn child. On December 18, 2008, the 42-year-old Johnston was arrested on drug charges. Details of the Evidence
The police affidavit alleges that evidence against Johnston was collected first when a package containing OxyContin pills was intercepted. Police then arrested suspects who agreed to act as informants. Text messages sent by Sherry Johnston are alleged to have been communications about potential sales. Johnston is alleged to have sold Oxycontin to the informants on October 11 and 22, and November 26, 2008.
