  The police affidavit alleges that evidence against Johnston was collected first when a package containing OxyContin pills was intercepted. Police then arrested suspects who agreed to act as informants. Text messages sent by Sherry Johnston are alleged to have been communications about potential sales. Johnston is alleged to have sold Oxycontin to the informants on October 11 and 22, and November 26, 2008.
