How to Make Peach Sherbet
- Blanch 6 large, ripe peaches in a pot of hot water. Remove the pit and the skins and force the softened peaches through a sieve.
- Mix a 12 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk into the fruit puree. Sweeten with one or two tablespoons of sugar if desired.
- Set in an ice cream maker for 30 minutes or pour into a freezer-safe bowl and leave in freezer overnight.
