Shawn Wayans was born in New York City. His mother was a social worker, and his father was a supermarket manager.His debt film was I'm Gonne Get You Sucka, and his big break into TV was on FOX's In Living Color, which was produced by his brother, Keenan Ivory Wayans. He then starred with his brother Marlon Wayans on the WB's The Wayans Bros..
Since then he has starred in a number of movies such as Scary Movie, White Chicks, and Little Man.
