  • Sharp recently debuted a new X Series for their Sharp AQUOS line of LCD TVs that is billed as the world's thinnest televisions in production. The televisions measure in at 34mm or 1.35-inches thick. The X series is available in three sizes, including the 37-inch LC-37XJ1-B, 42-inch LC-42XJ1-B, and the 46-inch LC-46XJ1-B. All models are complete with a full 1080p LCD screen, a dynamic contrast ratio of 15,000:1, and a brightness of 450cd/m2. 12bit BDE color value rendering makes for smooth image shading and quality. The series models also include a 3-way 8-speaker audio system.
