• Sharon Osbourne is the wife of heavy metal singer Ozzy Osbourne, and works as his promoter and public manager. Osbourne is the co-founder of the Ozzfest concert series.

    Osbourne was the host of the reality series Rock of Love Charm School on VH1. While taping the reunion special in December of 2008, Osbourne and contestant Megan Hauserman got into a fight over derogatory comments Hauserman had made about Ozzy Osbourne.     Osbourne met her husband Ozzy Osbourne while working as a receptionist for her father, Don Arden, who managed Osbourne's band Black Sabbath. After Ozzy was fired from the band in 1979, she took over his management and they started dating. The couple married in Maui, Hawaii, on July 4, 1982. Together they had three children: Aimee, Kelly and Jack. Their lives were broadcast on MTV on the reality show The Osbournes (without Aimee, as she declined to appear on the show). While on the show, Sharon Osbourne was diagnosed and overcame colon cancer.

  • Sun Lawsuit

    Osbourne won a lawsuit with The Sun newspaper in January 2009 after claiming that they falsely published a story accusing her of "driving her frail husband Ozzy Osbourne to destruction." Sharon Osbourne stated that the accusations were "extremely distressing, hurtful and damaging." The Sun paid Osbourne an undisclosed amount in damages and issued an apology.PerezHilton: Sharon Wins!
