Shaohannah's Hope is a charity founded by Steven Curtis Chapman and his wife Mary Beth Chapman in an effort to financially assist orphans and prospective adoptive parents.
The foundation receives around 150 applications for assistance every month but can only award the $3,000 grants to 30-40 families.

Maria Chapman was the five-year-old adopted daughter of the Chapman's who was struck and killed by her teenage brother.
