Shane Sparks is a hip-hop choreographer and a judge on America's Best Dance Crew. Sparks was arrested and booked on December 18, 2009, suspected of child molestation which allegedly went on for years. He was 40 years old at the time of the arrest and is held in a jail in Van Nuys, California.
