Background
Son of WWE owner Vince McMahon, Shane became an on-air character for a storyline feud with his father. He eventually turned heel, double-crossing Stone Cold Steve Austin during a Survivor Series tournament in 1998. Since then, he has made sporadic appearances on WWE programming, often as a heel.As a wrestler, Shane is known as a big risk-taker, often taking tremendous bumps from high altitudes to please the fans. One of his trademark moves, "Coast to Coast," requires him to leap from one turnbuckle to another, kicking his opponent lying in the corner.
