Shadowhare leads a team of a crime-fighters in Cincinnati, which is called the "Allegiance of Heroes". They carry handcuffs, tasers and pepper spray and patrol the city in search of crimes in which they can intervene. Other U.S. crime fighters hail from Pennsylvania, Colorado, California and Florida and meet together to discuss their actions on Internet forums. Other forum members include Aclyptico, Wall Creeper and Master Legend.
