  • NHL Career

    Brylin was drafted 42nd overall in the 1992 NHL draft by the New Jersey Devils. He continued to play in Russia for two seasons after the draft before joining the Devils' American Hockey League affiliate, the Albany River Rats, in 1994. Brylin made his NHL debut with the Devils in 1995 and helped the team win the Stanley Cup Championship that same year. During the 2004-05 NHL Lockout, Brylin returned to Russia to play for the Khimik Moscow Oblast in the Russian Super League. Following the lockout, he has played with the Devils in every regular season game each year.
