The website is run by Alexandria, Virginia, resident Susan Samtur—who is known as "The Coupon Queen." Select Coupon Program Membership
For a monthly fee of $4.95, Select Coupon Program members will get up to $25 worth of grocery coupons that can be used at their local grocery stores. After signing up and paying the fee, members can then select coupons they wish to have mailed to them. Coupons are distributed via snail mail. According to the Select Coupon Program, the coupons selected will be received between two to seven days after they are ordered.
