Sedrick Ellis is a professional football player for the NFL's New Orleans Saints. Ellis was born in Chino, California and went to Chino High School. Was selected to attend the University of Southern California in 2003. About midseason in his first year as a Trojan he had to take a medical redshirt. Going into the 2007 season, he started all 13 games. He played as a nose guard, recording 58 tackles and seven pass breakups. Ellis had fluid on knee, that had to be drained, but didn't seem to stop him.
