Seattle is the largest city in Washington State and is known for its beautiful scenery and outdoor activities. Seattle has been nicknamed the "Emerald City" due to it's large Evergreens that surround the city.
Attractions
One of the most popular, and well-known attractions in Seattle is the Space Needle. It has been called the "Eiffel Tower" of Seattle, taking visitors 520 feet above land to an observation deck, which rotates 360 degrees. While in the Space Needle, enjoy lunch at the SkyCity Restaurant. Pike's Place Market is another well-known attraction, featuring 200 businesses open year-round. It was founded in 1907 and has become the home of many craftsman, farmers and street performers. Other attractions in the area include ferries, the Seattle Aquarium, the Seattle Waterfront, Woodland Park Zoo and Bill Speidel's Underground Tour.Sporting Events
