Britney Allowed Visitation
Britney Spears lost physical custody of her children to Kevin Federline on October 10, 2007. On January 14, 2008 Britney Spears' visitation rights were suspended indefinitely. On February 27, 2008 Britney Spears was allowed a supervised visit with her children after a 3 day negotiation between her and Kevin Federline's lawyers. Federline's lawyer stated that Spears' father James Spears was instrumental in moving the custody arrangements in the best direction for their children which is to reintroduce them to their mother in a positive and controlled manner.
