Sean Phillips is a British comic book artist for DC Comics and Marvel.
Career
Sean Phillips has worked on several comic book series since starting his career in the 1980s. He contributed artwork to Hellblazer, Judge Dredd and Vector 13.
In 1992, he and writer John Smith created Devlin Waugh, a character from the 2000 AD series.
