Spike TV Scream Awards
The Spike TV Scream Awards is an annual award show honoring the best in sci-fi, fantasy, horror in film, TV and comics. Winners are chosen by fans online. The show was created in 2006 by executive producers Michael Levitt, Cindy Levitt, and Casey Patterson. Past award shows have been held in October in Los Angeles.
The fourth annual Spike TV Scream Awards took place at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on October 17th, 2009. The two-hour edited version will be aired on Spike TV on Tuesday, October 27 (10:00 PM - Midnight ET/PT). Spike:2009 Scream Awards(October 27, 2009)
