Former Velvet Revolver frontman Scott Weiland was arrested on November 21, 2007 after his car collided with another car on a Hollywood freeway. He was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after refusing to take a blood or urine test. If convicted he faces up to one year in prison due to a prior conviction for a DUI in 2003. The singer maintains his innocence for the current charges against him.
